All of our orders will be processed within one to two business days from our headquarters at Mullumbimby, NSW. For orders under $150, a flat $10 postage fee will be charged for all shipments within Australia. Purchases over $150 are delivered free of charge. We only use Express post delivery and private couriers for bigger parcels, and both can be tracked. 

Tinker Tailor Dancer Trader is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during transportation. 

Stock quantities are not updated in real time, and therefore occasionally an item may be sold out at time of purchase. If you purchase an item that is sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund. Please allow up to three business days for funds to appear in your account if receiving a refund.

Tinker Tailor Dancer Trader is happy to take your item back within ten (10) business days from purchase date, with receipt and in its original condition (tags on and absolute sellable condition). This applies only to purchases of shoes and clothing and is not applicable to SALE items.

You can either have a refund or shop credit, as preferred. 

Postage is not refundable, and in case of exchanging an item, postage will be charged for shipping. 

Items bought ‘On Sale” can only be exchanged for size (depending on availability); not refunded. 

To make a return + exchange, please contact us on dancertrader@gmail.com so we can provide you with a reference number for your records and to avoid miscommunication. 

If you are anticipating a refund direct to your method of purchase, please allow up to three business days from the date of processing for the funds to appear in your account.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within the 7 day period and we will organise to replace or repair the item for you. If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose another suitable item or a store credit. If an item is faulty and there is no suitable replacement, you may receive a store credit or a refund to your method of purchase.
